Twenty-ten goals, belated

I'm finding that as time goes on, I'm more interested in using this blog as a place to write and share more than solely focus on items "made from scratch." It's become more of a journal and more of a place for me to stay in touch with family and friends. And I am quite happy about that.

Now that I've gotten into the swing of things for 2010, truly thinking about what I want to achieve and accomplish, I've made some resolutions. This is not an annual ritual for me, but more of a way to reflect on last year to make some changes. Goals. To think about another year.

1. Only borrow one library book at a time. Maybe I can completely avoid those damn fines that I try so hard to avoid.

2. Go on walks at least five days a week. Or do pilates. Or yoga. For better sleep, and better health.

3. Wait until springtime to buy new clothes. I have plenty for winter.

4. Find more online coupons and ways to save money on products we already buy. Who isn't trying to save money this year?

5. Cook more large amounts of foods that can be frozen until later. This works well for soups, stews, and chili.

6. Spend more time reading, less time online. A vague plan, but do-able.

Do you have any goals or resolutions for this year?

Hi Lisa,
I agree with your list. This year I started working out with my hubby 3 times a week. It's really nice quality time and also I enjoy getting in shape and having more energy.
Keep in touch!
